Abstract

Hawaii is my
special vacation spot and the hibiscus is one of my favorite flowers. Their
variety and colours are amazing! I chose to focus on the pistil and stamens …
waving in the breeze, enticing insects to do their part in reproduction.
Techniques: Fabric painting, appliqué, beading and
machine quilting. Materials: silk and cotton.
